Straight Talk Life™

Trust Yourself. Make the Decision. Live the Life You Choose.

You already know. You just do not trust yourself enough to act on it yet.

Straight Talk Life™ is my signature decision coaching, for strong, self-aware women who sense that something has to change but are struggling to trust themselves enough to move.

Maybe you are facing separation or divorce. Maybe you have known for a while and keep talking yourself out of it. Maybe the question keeping you up is, what if I make the wrong choice? This is a calm, honest place to stop circling, separate fact from fear, protect what matters, and make a decision you can stand behind.

Who it is for: successful women 45+ navigating separation or divorce, who know the relationship is over but need help trusting themselves, protecting what matters, and moving forward without losing themselves.

The questions we work through: What if I am wrong? What happens to the children? What happens financially? How do I know when enough is enough? How do I stop changing my mind? How do I let go without losing myself?

How we work: through the Clean Decision Method™, Stop. Breathe. Decide, and the Gravity Framework™ beneath it. We slow the spinning, separate what you know from what you fear, recognize what you can and cannot control, protect what matters most, and make practical next-step decisions you can live with. I will not tell you what to do. My work supports professional advice; it does not replace your lawyer, financial professional, or counselor.

Ways to work with me: a Private Decision Session for one pressing decision, ongoing Straight Talk Life™ private coaching for a major transition, or a Straight Talk Life™ Small Circle for a handful of women navigating similar ground. Pricing shared on our call.

A STORY

A woman called me, frightened, soon after leaving an abusive marriage. Her question sounded financial, about money and power of attorney. Underneath, it was guilt and years of fear. We separated the facts from the feelings, and by the end of the call she had a plan to protect herself and her son, and to help from strength, not obligation. She chose presence without entanglement, care without chaos. That is what clarity looks like when it finally walks in.

You will leave with more clarity, less spinning, stronger boundaries, and decisions built on truth instead of panic.

Strong roots. Soft heart. Straight talk.
